How does it work?
We interview you about some high level company history, milestones and current problems. Then we start digging. We might want to talk to a few key people and we may look for access to some non-secret data. We find where things are grinding to a halt and show you exactly what to do.
Once we build a roadmap, work worth through a 3 system rebuild: funnels, flywheels and finance. We figure out where alignment is broken, see what isn't working at all, and either rebuild or tell you what to do and help you do it right.
Won't my agency do this?
No, agencies are very focused on presenting you to your audience. But often times they don't see all the broken pieces around it. For example, would you run ads if you're driving people to a website that wasn't converting? We look at the whole funnel, as well as internal process, pricing and customer delivery to find where things are broken. Throwing more money at ads won't return value until you fix the other stuff.
Can't I just use AI?
Sure. The same AI that told me there is a US presidential election this year. I've seen AI create numbers out of thin air. We look at the data, compile it. We use ai to make things look nice. But when you have this kind of money on the line you want someone with experience to get it right.
Is this a big commitment?
That is entirely up to you. We can present you a plan tailored to your business, or we can do the work. If you have a team, we can train them and make sure they stay on the path. We can also deliver the performance marketing work for you for an additional fee.
