With 20 years of expertise in strategic leadership, disruptive technology, and enterprise-level software, Matt has worn a lot of hats in his life, including that of a highly acclaimed master-chef.
He has consulted in business process, software architecture, and design for Fortune 1000’s including: Discovery Communications, GlaxoSmithKline, Nike, IBM/Lotus, BlackBerry, and General Electric.
Before founding Propellerhead, Matt held high-level posts at tech companies and ad agencies including Syncapse Corp, as Head of Software Architecture, and most recently at GREY, where he served as Director of Technology.
Beyond directing growth and operations, Matt's focus lies in product management and design, systems integration engineering, and building an all-star team to deliver simple products that generate efficiency & revenue for our clients.
A true leader in his field, Phil brings a stylized & user-centric approach to his coding and visual design. Within him lies a rarely seen hybrid combination - a developer with a strong sense of design, style, and communication skills - go figure the rest.
A former 90's boy-band sensation, and wrestling enthusiast at heart, Phil has earned his industry appraisals for quality user-interface engineering and accountability to accessible digital development.
On his way to Propellerhead, Phil’s track record consists of client-side engagements with TD Bank, and Metroland Media, where he was development and front-end lead for WagJag.
Phil’s development chops have enabled us to tackle exciting consumer-facing brand experiences and creative campaigns where he has shown a dogged-determination to deliver against tight turnarounds.
With international agency and client-side experience across digital marketing, technology and gaming, Sean is a passionate multidisciplinary executive with a successful track-record for creating engaging design experiences - gaining recognition at REBRAND 100® Awards in 2012/14, and Canada’s Best Managed Company 2014.
He previously served agency-side at ASTOUND Group as Brand Director, before moving to TransGaming (acquired by NVIDIA) as Director of Design & Digital Media. Most recently, he worked at Big Blue Bubble, Canada's largest independent mobile gaming company, as Director of Marketing.
Sean has had unique opportunities to design successful product launches, global marketing campaigns, and experiential installations in partnership with world leading brands including: NVIDIA, Yahoo, Parrot, Sphero, KIA, Otterbox, Konami, SoftKinetic, Hotwheels, and Cineplex.
