HE has consulted in business process and software architecture and design for fortune 1000’s including: Nike, IBM, GENERAL eLECTRIC, AND Glaxo SmithKline.

Matt has also worked in high-level positions at startup tech companies, most recently Syncapse Corp, where he was director of technology and head of software architecture.

OUR CEO’s focus is on product management and design, system integration engineering, and creating high performing, enduring teams to deliver simple and great products that generate revenue and reduce costs using a pragmatic and process-based approach to software design and engineering.

A retired boy band sensation and wrestling enthusiast at heart, Phil has distinguished himself in the industry for his UI Engineering and accountability to accessible digital development.

Phil’s track record includes client-side engagements with TD Bank and Metroland Media, where he was main development lead on the WagJag platform.

Phil’s development chops have helped Propellerhead tackle exciting consumer-facing experiences including #groceriesnotguns, Post Cereal’s “Search for Goodness”, and PaintedLand. On each of these programs, he has shown a dogged-determination to deliver against tight turnarounds.
